offers five bedrooms, five bathrooms, expansive outdoor living spaces, and many

full wine cellar.

The home also includes several environmentally conscious and energy efficient
attributes including tankless water heaters, recycled cellulose fiber insulation,
and a landscaping system by Dream House sponsor, Rainbird.
